How do I return or exchange my order?

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to say Thilikó ships all around the world! International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. Please note that international orders that include pre-ordered items will be fulfilled once or divided into separate shipments.
Are duties and taxes included in my international order total?
This will vary by country but duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout if applicable to the order.
The following countries have taxes and duties included:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland(Republic of), Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.
All other countries have the option to prepay at checkout or on delivery.
Can I get a refund on the duties and taxes if I return my order?
Any duties and taxes paid separately are nonrefundable, except for orders shipping to Canada.
What payment methods are accepted?
Thilikó accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?
If your package hasn't shown up within 48 hours, please contact our support who can help you.
